Oh, poor Dad. Give him a hug--tell him it comes from three strangers in Connecticut. Does the contraption pull on him--is it heavy? Uch. I so remember that whole scene with my own Dad--right about now he ought to be getting totally grumpy--barking at everything that moves. Happned yet? No? Stay tuned...
Great pics. What a documentarian you are!

Stephen,
I was about to say I warned you, but I'm glad you didn't lose your breakfast.
Inger,
Thanks, I don't think the contraption is heavy. His leg feels alot lighter now that they took off the ace bandage and all the pads that they had in there after the surgery.
He is actually a very good patient. He always says please and thank you and rarely asks for stuff. I'm like dad aren't you hungry and he says oh yeah I could go for something right now. I tell him to just yell or ask if he wants something, but I guess he just doesn't want to be a pain.
His back and tailbone is just starting to hurt from laying or sitting all day. I think he is just starting to get a little stir crazy from not being able to do anything or go anywhere.
Luckily he hasn't been taking it out on us though.
