how long has this Madonna obsession been going on? it seems like it came up kind of suddenly...you are way into her...

My obsession actually started years ago. I think the first CD that I bought of hers when it came out was the Immaculate Collection. So that was 1990. But before that, our neighbor was a fan and I actually babysat for her son when she went to the Who's That Girl Concert.

I used to be alot worse than I am now. I have probably about a hundred VHS tapes around here with clips from her being on different shows or news reports on her. One day, I'm going to have to catalogue and edit them all together and maybe burn them on a DVD or something.

My brother and I actually flew to London (the first time there for both of us) to see her in her play Up For Grabs. We saw the play twice and spent about 12 days there.

So the obsession has been going on for a long time, but this is really the first that I'm sharing it with the blogging community.

I haven't had the chance to check out the DVD yet. I now have 2 new Madonna magazines to check out first. But as soon as I do, I"ll let you know. Maybe it could be one of the movies that we check out together when you just drop by. LOL
