As far as your resume goes you could say someting like 'proven ability to be highly organized, always looks for the most effecient ways to accomplish projects.' I have resently had the same resume struggles. It took me weeks to get mine finished, but I'm a jack of all trades-master of none, who is looking for a career change. Good luck to you. From the very get go, I Love New York was my favorite, but now Sorry is starting to creep in there as my favorite.
