don't you just hate it when your sleep pattern is buggered up,As i work shifts i have had to train myself to change my sleep times,Mind you i sleep better after a night shigt i must admit,The trick is to empty your mind,deep nasal breathing works for me!

Barnze,
I am normally up really late and sleep in, but the difference is that when I go to sleep at 4 or 5 in the morning, it is quiet and I sleep all the way through.
I get thrown off when I get my sleep in patches. I hate it when I wake up and have to try to go back to sleep.
But I'll have to try the deep nasal breathing. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks I just woke up from what was suppose to be an hour nap which ended up lasting 4 or 5 hours.
I guess I needed it, but my plan was to take a nap for an hour and then go to the gym. I guess that is out since the gym is only open until 8pm on Saturday.
