It sounds to me like you need to use a database program. I would try MySQL or Microsoft Access. I can't really help you out a hell of a lot but I can ask some of my friends who do database programming for a living.

I could probably do it with Access on my own, but I don't know if the sales force has Access on their computers. I think they want to keep it in Excel because alot of people aren't as familiar with Access and they are with Excel.

Thanks for the suggestion though. If I can't figure out the Excel thing by the end of the day, I'll suggest Access to my boss.
