I love walking around in Chicago.
Unrelated thought; I see you listen to podcasts. Have you listened to the Planet Podcasts? You can listen to then at http://theplanetcast.blogspot.com/, or you can subscribe to and download them from itunes. I just started listening to them and they are really funny. I enjoy them because these two chicks share very similar views on the L Word as I do. You should check them out.

Zoe,
I use iPodder to download my podcasts and I was never able to find this podcast on there, but I just did. I've been to the site before, but got frustrated because I couldn't download all the episodes. I'm downloading them now though.

Stephen,
Are you going to be at the Union Station Amtrak at 225 South Canal Street? If you are, then you will be in the Loop. I don't know how much time you have, but if you walk about a block east of the station, the Sear's Tower is right there. If you walk 8 blocks further east, you will be on Michigan Avenue. The Art Institute of Chicago is right there and if you walk a couple blocks north, you will see Millenium Park. There is alot of stuff in the area.

AKH,
I stumbled upon your blog from Zoe's blog (I am her cousin). I've lived in the city for the last seven years and I used to get lost taking public trans all the time! At least you got a good work out and got to see the following neighborhoods: Andersonville, uptown, Wrigleyville, Lakeview (Boystown) and a few others who I can never remember the names of.
