Interesting stuff but hard for me to read due to the number of "you know"'s.
Perhaps we should allow "you know" to be considered as merely an abstract glottal stop (read brain fart), and thusly not print it.

Because of the way I needed to read this I printed it. Comments led me to replace "you know" with yk. There were 145.
