The good news is, the Motherfucker from Midland can't have a third term because the 22nd Amendment prevents it.

Now, as to Buchanan sticking around after Obama is sworn in, I think Obama through his new AG, Eric Holder, can demand her resignation and she wouldn't have a legal leg to stand on if she tried to challenge it.

Bush just sent out a memo to all non-career appointees encouraging them to abide by the custom of turning in their resignations. If Buchanan refuses at this point, I think Obama can fire her without any backlash.
