This is, really, no small thing.

Public acceptance is key to this project. Sure, we don't need 51% of the voting public to vote 'aye' or a buck from every man and woman in America - but how cool would that be?

We do need favorable opinion and the idea slammed into the public headspace that this is a desirable goal. My won nightmare is a hailstorm of nuisance lawsuits and spending all of our money on lawyers.
