If you don't plan to hardly drive the car or trade it in for something new within a year, lease.
If you plan on buying a car I highly recommend Carmax. When I bought my car back in March, that was honestly the best car buying expiereance I've ever had.

But how does that compare to the loss on the value of a car that you buy? Meaning, you put in $9,000 worth of car notes, but can only sell it for $3,500 when it's time to get a new one....
The commute issue, is a valid one. Hmm.... I have been observing these yt folks I work with, it seems leasing is a big trend w/them. A plus is, the dealership pays for all repairs... Talk about money saver! Now if they would pay my gas bill, then I'm down!

I am in desperate need of a small-mid size suv. I am still in my college car, which was a gift, and not anything I'd ever pick off of a lot. I'm too tall, and my chillrun are too big to be gettin down into a sedan. Whoo... I need some height in my life.
I was going to get a Jeep but with the gas the way it is I decided on a jetta instead.
If you plan on buying a car I highly recommend Carmax. When I bought my car back in March, that was honestly the best car buying expiereance I've ever had.
