@ NRuh.... that's a negative. We spooned. He was stressed about the house situation. The note is gonna be much higher than we planned. (damn that Katrina) a lot to do w/insurance. And after we decided that I'd do part-time night law school instead of full time day, I learn that they don't give scholarships to part-time students. I would ahve a full scholarship if I go full time. So that's another unanticipated note. Looks like no house for now. I told him that if this house was for us, it would be so obviously right for us, we wouldn't have to stress in our decision.

Thanks girl.... I told him exactly that. The thing is, here, it's actually a good time to buy a house b/c the prices are low. It's just that this lady dropped the ball which caused more fees to ensue... and the insurance is way high. Anyway, I told him we'd make due. We both really wanted a house for the kids mainly, though. We want them to have a yard and sleepovers and Sunday dinner at our house.
But I'm not worried....I believe in what you said, everything happens for a reason, and you don't always understand that reason right away.
