The only thing I can think of would be a comment about "insufficient blood flow". But that would be wrong...
Scams can also be realistic too, but I doubt they are nearly as profitable as those too good to be true. It takes too much selling to make those a success.
I'm really at a loss for any way to explain this. Why in the world would any person think that they would be offered an opportunity like that out of the blue? I am tempted to make a comment about the devestating combination of men's egos with their libidos, but I'll refrain.
