Raymond:
There are some good stocks on the pink sheets and some bad ones on the Big Board. But I believe that there's a much higher chance of getting burned in the Pink Sheets.
And besides, I'm a believer that markets are efficient (or close enough) that your best bet is to buy an index fund (or several).

Yup, better avoid Pink Sheet stocks, better off buying stocks traded eleswhere. You know, stocks like Enron, WorldCom and all those Internet stocks that disappeared off the planet.
The fact of the matter is, it is not a matter of where a stock trades. It is a matter of whether you do your homework and determine if a stock is truly undervalued.
I have found undervalued stocks on the NYSE and the Pink Sheets. I have also found touted crap listed at both. The only differences between NYSE touts and Pink Sheet touts, that I can discern, is that NYSE touts shave more often and get on CNBC more often.
