Korman was a great straight man, but also a pretty good comedian in his own right. From the Great Gazoo in the Flintstones to Hedley Lamarr in Blazing Saddles, to many, many TV appearances, he was always funny.
I looked up his record on IMDB.com - he had just shy of 100 entries including tv and movies. Amazing.

The world lost a great straight man in Harvey Korman and another great comedian in Dick Martin. Those of us old enough to remember Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In (I'm old enough to remember the show but probably only got about half the jokes) remember Dick Martin fondly too.
If Korman got a minute into a skit with Tim Conway without starting to lose it, he was doing well. A lot better than I ever did.
