Good evening Unknown Professor,
I don't know if you live in New York state, but I remember how Spitzer was presented as someone who could "clean up Albany" when he ran for governor. He was supposed to be a higher ethical standard.
It says something about the political culture in New York that many (myself included) considered his abrasive, bullying style an improvement in Albany. It will be interesting to see how his successor does.

Those were some pretty funny pictures. In his time as AG, Spitzer seemed to forget about a quaint thing we call due process. He might have a different opinion as his saga unfolds. Apparently his idea of bringing ethics back to Albany included the notion of doing his cheating in DC.
