Gravatar I hear ya!! Our oldest has had her's for over two years now--finally all paid off--but our youngest is definitely going to need braces, too!

Let's see, college, braces, food, shelter...

Gravatar Our boys are going to need braces, too. We have been referred to an orthodontist already, and I've been putting off the appointment for a couple of weeks now. I know I need to go ahead and schedule it, but I'm not looking forward to it.

Gravatar Oh my. Our oldest just had hers off one year ago! they were on for 18 months but first she needed the expander, and now she has the nite time retainer. The entire bill was about $5,600 but our ortho group let us have a payment plan so we made monthly payments for 15 months. It was like having another car payment...needless to say we sure didn't go out too much during that time but God is faithful and our needs were met!
Now we just found out our youngest will need them...she has another year though so....

Gravatar I'm home feeling lousy tonight, so I'm doing what I almost never do--checking out the blog world .

I have a new gold tooth-$800 worth. The worst thing about it is that it does not seem to have solved the problem of the pain in my lower jaw, which probably means a root canal or total extraction.

And Bethany's wisdom teeth will be coming out in December to the tune of $2000--that is if they are not impacted.

And in February we will check to see if Jacob is ready (or needs) braces.

I hear you.
Jean (I know. I've fallen off the face of the earth of late. Sorry.)

Gravatar Well, Jean, I'm so happy you're not a missing person at the moment!!

Gravatar I need to be more thankful for our free (it comes out of the wages, no option) health and dental care.

Thanks for the reminder.
