Thanks for this post and the quote(s). I've been thinking MUCH on this topic for a very long time--how it is to be lived out corporately and privately. I greatly appreciate the emphasis on KNOWING--not merely in an experiential way--God (what He says about Himself, what He requires, etc.) in order to offer acceptable worship

Yes, I remember my view of corporate worship started to slowly change as I became more Reformed in my theology. Definitely. Our view of God does indeed affect how we worship Him. And seeking to know Him better is an on-going process.
