I was thinking maybe yu should paint the old house the same color as the new one, blue is nice, but its really bold.
Neutrals sell more homes I'm told.

I'll take the new house! Good luck finding a buyer for the old house - it really does sounds like a wonderful house, too. Lots of space and a great ammenity with the pool.

Maybe you should rent the old house to a very poor, hard working, single parent, second grade teacher for like...oh.....maybe...$300 a month????? Then you could visit your old shed anytime!

Both houses look great. Did you ever get the old house sold? The real estate market has been tough as of late (I know I worked in it until August). I hope you got a fair price.
