"Going To Pieces" is fucking great. Another gem from the budget bins. Lot of people in Chicago say you can't find cheap record scores anymore... maybe not kbd shit, but if you start scouring for stuff from the late 80s...

a monstrously talented but criminally overlooked band, and one of my all-time favorites... all their stuff is worth owning; they never slacked off in terms of quality at all, eventually mutating into some sort of burly cross between the stooges, the minutemen and television. i and a friend once drove hours and hours to see them play to five people -- us and the staff at the club, and they went for it 100% nonetheless, didn't dog it or bitch. great stuff, thanks.

Good stuff. They were a fave of mine back in the late 80's/early 90's. I got to see them once in San Francisco. I don't remember there being too many folks turning out for the gig, but they were great.
