aiyo PD, girls lift the 5lbs weights is to tone the arm muscles so that when we wave our hands our biceps no go flapping as well!!! if lift 100lbs.. then became like arnie how??

erm..5lbs about how many kgs? if its anything less than 3kgs for triceps its pretty light...
ditto on the clothes issue.. KL its the same.. spare tyres everywhere, but wear tank top to the gym..and lycra stretchy spandex pants..

very funny and very true. although i agree with ath - we use 5lb weights for toning, not actually to build muscles. (and i say "we" but really i don't lift any weight at all hehehhee)

oh btw, i just saw this chaboh at the gym yesterday scrutinizing my really sweaty baggy t-shirt... and feeling proud of her tight, lycra, spandex top filled with cellulite and she looks like a pink bak chang.. with her equally bright coloured spandexed pants..
