Nice job. I'm not in a position to do a post on the subject (believe it or not, BizzyBlog isn't supposed to be about electoral politics, at least not in the long run), but that was a scoop of Ben & Jerry's proportions.
That said, I'm not sure this guy is a good one to go up against DeWine. He presided over AK as it almost failed, which is not good. He didn't use his announcement to make a meaningful point of any kind (maybe it wasn't relayed in full by the press).
IOW, I'm not sure he should be taken seriously, and like any challenger, he needs to show us why he should be--a tall order.
I hope he does well. DeWine needs a serious political and philosophical scare.

I'm crossing my fingers for another special guest star appearance by Bouncing Bob. Hritz just doesn't have the right scale for the kind of epic worthy of a DeWine challenge.
I for one am dreading a Bouncing Bob appearance...if he would manage to win the primary, I'd vote for a Sherrod Brown or Tim Ryan over him.
I'm also pulling for Hritz...go get em John!
Bouncing Bob has been hanging around like a lost dog looking for a handout. Bouncing Bob could beat Dewine but I don't think he would beat Brown. After losing twice why doesn't he just go back to Virginia and leave us alone.
