I didn't mention cells because that's not allowed by transit. If we're just sticking to the rules, they're still doing plenty of things while driving, and that doesn't include all the illegal ones like, oh, munching cherios and yackedy yacking on a cell.

but it deserves mention because calling out stops is a rule, so it's yet another rule that's not being followed, which makes the claims of safety issues all the more ridiculous.
