There are a lot of Filipino blogs that aren't written by people in the Philippines, but I think many of those bloggers are unaware of Pinoy Top Blogs or aren't interested in being listed there. They probably think of themselves as being more Filipino American (or whatever) than just Filipino, so they might think that they don't belong in such a Philippine-centred list.
