Hi Jim. Glad I had company in William's comments section. Unfortunately, he has apparently now banned you (I'm sure that breaks your heart), but he has also libeled your wife. I wish I was exaggerating, but in my opinion, he has actually libeled her. He's claiming that she called him something that is so profane that he had to censor it and he can't believe a minister would say such a thing in private or that you'd repeat it in public.
Apparently he's too stupid to realize that people (like me) may have read your comment before he censored it. I feel sure that however uptight young William is, he does not honestly consider "Jack Nut" to be extremely profane. He's just outright lying and trying to make people think that your wife (and you) have called him something really nasty. Now, if he told a lie like that about me, I don't think I would consider that to be libel, since I curse on a regular basis, including on my blog. However, to publish that lie about someone who is a Methodist pastor, I think he has crossed the line.
I'm not sure what a "Jack Nut" is either, but I don't think anybody could possibly consider it to be profanity. He routinely deletes posts that do contain profanity, yet he didn't delete yours, he left it up so he could then lie about you and your wife.
I think that's pretty low, and combined with his continued sexism toward men who dare take care of their children, it's clear that he's not just an annoying little young Republican, he's actually a lying, vindictive [CENSORED].

Yes, yes, he's a weasel and drunk on all the attention, I'm sure. He represents not just the worst in conservative thought (reactionary, superficial, narrow), but also the worst kind of blogger (elitist, arrogant and self-gratifying).
I think people get that. I read you fairly regularly. I only read him when somebody posts a link.

Actually, "Jack Nut" is not profanity. It is a pet phrase offered by the character of Judy Miller (Jami Gertz) on the CBS family sitcom "Still Standing".
I don't know what William thinks "Jack Nut" means, but claiming that Carol has a potty mouth and characterizing it the way that he has is another slimy example of his behavior.
Second, he has now admitted that my comment was deleted on purpose and not a random glitch of his website software as he claimed previously. Therefore, he has shown his dishonesty with his own words.

Some of us didn't even know what a jack-nut was before this little deal here... but, it's nothing more than a little tool... like billy.
