Wad, I had not heard of this before seeing it here...I am going to link this immediately!
No constitutional right? This has gone far and neyond what we should accept, to say the least. The judiciary in this country has become so liberal that it is outrageous! Jurists should not be looking at the constitution to find "rights" of the individual; they should be looking to find where an action is prohibited. I sure don't remember which section directs the U.S. government to provide education exclusively.
