Just another comment on differing styles: If you make it a practice to surf the net looking for video clips from different areas of the nation, and world, you'll notice that there are often very interesing differences in the way people dance in other regions. Use that Yahoo video search tool I mentioned in an earlier post.

I remember seeing a clip of some couple in Moscow dancing at a club contest. Man! That guy was dancing like a Cossack warrior/Bolshoi ballet artist. Very unique.

Then of course, if you can find'em, the videos of the way they dance in Cuba is very unique too.
