Great story and schools (at least over here) love that kind of life experiemce. Your pupils will too. With your background you can worry less about preparing what to teach and far, far, far more (and more importantly) on how to present it.

Awesome! I have a bizarre employment history as well, but I don't think I've hit quite the range you have. (My favorite job was working as a police dispatcher on a college campus. I got to read all night.)
