It's a slow process. I'm sure they meant ... uh. Well not sure. I'm sure they will have someone's head for not fudging the numbers in their favor tho.

Angie, I think they ALWAYS fudge the numbers in their favor. This 10.2% is probably fudged, even! They just couldn't stretch it far enough to make it even appear that Obama's stimulus is "working".
See the GDP and inflation stats for the same thing; fudge fudge fudge. Seriously, how can "inflation" be truly judged if they keep changing how they calculate it?
