Last week I heard another story of stimulus spending in action. I'm trying to track down the story for details, but it's in Seattle. Workers there are supposedly being paid to ....PAINT...the ROADS.....WHITE! It reflects sun, and thus helps global warming. I'm not talking about painting lines on the road. This is supposedly a case of workers painting the entire surface. If it turns out to be credible/ true, I'll post about it.
