Good grief, if lawyers start suing each other for client theft the wheels will come grinding to a halt. I guess they didn't want to record their contract and assert their fee intervention when the case was settled. I doubt Abramoff will have any money to pay any of these claims anyway.
The interesting part is that the Coushatta tribe may have gotten their money's worth when the Jena tribe was precluded from opening a casino in Vinton. That saved them waaaay more than $32 million, as a new Indian Casino would have intercepted all the Texans at the border.
