Killing ants has become a favorite hobby of mine. I try all the different poisons. I track the ants to discover their nests' entry points. I flush them out with the garden hose. Sometimes I'll spend hours in the yard, crouched down, scanning for little movements.

I think they've driven me insane. But they've largely learned to keep out of the house.
