Talk to me!

Gravatar I love Disneyland, but since you have a connection to Disney, I'm not going to mention that Pluto used to scare me as a child.

Gravatar Glad to hear you had a great time.

Gravatar Looks like you guys had a great time! Pity about the kids being eaten, though.

My daughter's friends are starting to take family trips to Disneyland (World? Whichever one is in Florida). She keeps asking when we can go. I tell her she can go on her honeymoon. Or maybe you could adopt her.

Gravatar Yeah, you think you are all tough, but it shows through... you only play a tough guy.

It has been a long time since I was at DinsneyLand (1997...geez, 11 years), but I suspect it is every bit as much fun watching the kids there as it was watching my daughter at her first trip to Disney World (the one that is in Florida, Chag).

Now, for the sarcastic part, yes you will find whiny, crying, "I want dat one" kids at Disney (either one), but that is because when they get home, they are those same kids. Spoiled kids at home will be spoiled kids there too (and I don't only mean the children).

As you note, yours were good 90% of the time, and who can ask for more than that? Just a damn shame they were consumed by cast characters.

Gravatar I have a picture of me in that same A. Except I wasn't a preschooler at the time, ahem. Glad you had a good time.

Gravatar my mom has been bugging me to go to DisneyWorld with her and my sister's family the last two spring breaks.

apparently they have some time share place down there in Orlando.

i honestly have no interest to go nor to take my kids there.

we spent our last two spring breaks in the mountains where everybody had a good time.

no scary mascots.

no long lines.

no overpriced food.

just good times.

Gravatar Is it just me or does it look like Pluto is also pooping your kid out?

Gravatar I'm with you on the Disney thing too. We're home and tired and broke too. Two days was a bit much for us, especially with Grace's arguing family on the first day.

Gravatar Hey, they still count as dependents for next year's tax season!

Gravatar I read a report that scientists have determined that Pluto is not a Disney character anymore - he's a characterlett.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your time at Disney land. And, I thought of you when I read that blogging article. Take care of yourself - I like to read your blog but it's not worth the guilt I would feel about your early demise.

Gravatar Not fair! When I went to Disneyland, the two characters I most wanted to see were Stitch and Sulley (from Monsters Inc.). Sulley was at DCA, but Stitch was nowhere to be found. I am extremely jealous that you got to meet him... even if you did have creepy Minnie Mouse hanging around at the time.
