I've been dreading the day when I'd have to accept that someone who ran on a campaign like this couldn't possibly win the nomination -- the fact that he's on the way to winning is amazing.

I agree... it's time for Hilary to face the inevitable and step aside.
Didn't she see that SNL bit where Huckabee didn't realize he couldn't win because it was a mathematical impossibility - and when Seth Meyers pointed out it he responded with "I'm not a math guy." I gained more respect for him right there than any time during his entire campaign.

Every time I hear Obama speak I get such a feeling of pride and hope. I can't explain it.

Didn't know Aslan was into nonsense rhymes and logic puzzles.

Jason- that's funny stuff
Jonathon- I hope so!
Jeff- which I assume you lost last week when he made the comments about shooting Obama at the NRA
Sizzle- no need, I get it
Backpacking Dad- Aslan is way into nonsense, depending on your take on religion. Thanks, can you tell I'm going to see Narnia tonight?

This Hillary supporter is inspired to see her see the race through. If Obama is to be the nominee, then let him win it. Asking or expecting her to quit is just silly and insulting to the half of the party that supports her.
I would never, in any competition, ask my competitor to give up, no matter what the situation. You finish the fight. That's what leaders do.
And, btw, registering thousands and thousands of new Democrats at the same time.

I can't figure out who it is that is still voting for her. Why? What's the point? Sadly, I think I know the reason and it makes me weep for my Democratic party. Apparently we're not as liberal as I would hope.

For everyone's sake, I hope that his prose and eloquent delivery really is a sign that he has changed...he has no record of reaching out and working with others on either side...His words say one thing and his history says points to something completely different.

Flutter- word
lizriz- really, you'd rather the Democrats keep fighting among themselves than concentrate on McCain? She can't win. There is nothing wrong with knowing when to say when.
Brandon- I don't know why anyone voted for her in the first place, let alone now
Bogart- At least he doesn't have a history of lies and illegal activity like Mrs. Clinton

Whit - She can win. Superdelegates can vote for whoever they want, and Florida and Michigan have not been decided.
The race continuing is good for the party. People feel involved and are registering to vote in droves.
Plenty of time to focus on McCain. Personally, I find Obama's strategy to turn his attention to McCain is kinda offensive, but it's probably smart politically for him.
Brandon - Many people are voting for her because the race is neck and neck and, for example, many people feel her health plan is better and she's more electable in the general.
