I agree with you about using more inexpensive yarn for kids. Kids are much harder than we are on our clothes. Why use the expensive stuff?

Not to mention that they outgrow everything so quickly. Those trendy cloches will be yesterday's news and they will be on to something else. Way to go, Whit on being on the cutting edge of fashion. I can't keep up!

I knew you had your finger on the pulse of fashion! Besides, I like cloches and they're pretty. Junky yarn is perfect for kids (and adults) who a) don't care and/or b) don't appreciate the effort (for good yarn and valuable time.)
