Whit,
That is really cool! I also liked knitting on DPN's but I liked finishing both socks at once and the fact that I could match them better on the circulars using the magic loop method. I will have to try this some time. I am glad you found a project to do for the Olympics. I am also anxious to get started on my project. Well, It appears that I have a podcast to download and listen to. Talk to you later!

I saw that entry and it is so interesting! But I must stick to my two circs for now. My plate is way too full!
I can't wait to find some time to listen to your podcast, I have been looking forward to it.

I've heard of that, but had no concept of how it worked until now. NOT that I quite GET it yet, but I can sort of unboggle long enough to kinda understand. whoa - freaky, man =)*)

I am sooooo gonna be watching your progress in the Olympics!! I found the same page that you did, and want to give this a try. I have a couple projects to finish up, then I'll do it. I think the idea of pulling one finished sock out of the other finished sock at the end sounds like soooo much fun!! Good Luck with the project. Give us lots of notes and progress pics, k?

Just want to say I enjoy your podcast and look forward to the next one. I also thought you might be interested to know that the technique for a sock within a sock was featured in a Vogue Knitting issue spring/summer 1987. The article was written by Margaret Bruzelius.

I've been listening to back issues of your podcast... and tried to use the link to the pattern you provided- but the link doesn't work anymore! Do you know of any other links for it?
thanks so much!
