Gravatar Sounds like you had a scary "ultrasound". I give you credit for frogging ONLY 3 rows and not just starting all over!

I'm enjoying your PodCast while I read your blog.

I should be working - would rather be knitting.

Your knitted boots are a real "kick"!

Oh, and since I'm an Olympic Knitter Cheerleader...

Go, Whit, Go! You Can DO IT!! RAHHH!!!!!

Gravatar Oh That yarn is so Pretty !!!

Keep on Knitting!!
Go Go Go !!!

Gravatar Glad you figured out you had Siamese twins before you got to much further. You can do it Whit! You go girl!

Gravatar ultrasound... HA! I am so cheering you on in this event- I am nervous for you.
You do like a good challenge don't you??

can't wait to see the results..
PS those boots are so hysterical! Knitting + power tools = fashion, yeah baby

Gravatar I'm really impressed with the double socks. I have to try it. I remember doing it to make doubled mitts, but it's going to take me a bit of work to catch up with you. I'm glad that I read your blog at this particular moment.

Gravatar WOW!

Gravatar guh. that stinks that you had to frog it. Here's hoping that round two of the Olympic trials goes better for you!

Gravatar What an adventure! Keep at it. I know you can do it.

Gravatar You are a genius and my hero. Can I come sit at your feet to learn this technique?

I read the instructions and they befuddled my pretty little head. So until I have someone to hold my hand, guide my stitches and tutor me....I will not get to knit like a Tolstoy character...or even like Whit!

Good for you!!!!!

I am so impressed you figured this out!

Gravatar oh my god, you are totally insane for even attempting this! and so am I because I totally want to try this method out. I LOVE my dpns and this sounds like a fun challenge. i have a lot on my plate knitting-wise but i definetely plan on casting on for these in the very near future. thanks for the inspiration, whit!

and btw, i love, love, LOVE your podcast. keep up the great work!
