Gravatar That's so sweet to have a knitting tradition in the family. Mine only goes back one generation so far... I have great plans for both the kiddos!

Gravatar I found these instructions after listening to your podcast.

Not sure if you would find these useful:

Gravatar How sweet! It's wonderful that you had knitting in the family and that she was so generous with her knowledge.

Gravatar How very cool of your Aunt! And you are so lucky - if my aunt sent me yarn it would be 100% acrylic ;o)

Gravatar I love that photo of your Aunt's knitted dress. What a wonderful legacy. My g'mom taught me to knit and it's a nice way to feel connected to her.

Gravatar What a great tribute. Thanks for sharing.

Gravatar I was given some vintage knitting magazines at Christmas (with a "there's more where those came from" hint) by a friend of the family -- I almost know just how you feel! What a great great aunt!

Gravatar Oh my goodness....how I love the picture of your dear, talented Aunt!!!

She is a beauty! And so is her dress!

Gravatar wow! lucky girl with all that yarn.fun.
A whole DRESS knit! I so don't have the patience or the time.

Gravatar I need to receive some boxes like that. What a nice surprise!

your tribute to her is so heartfelt, it reached out to me too.
