Hey.. is that a scene from the a-ha video?
(If so, check them out these days.. they are making better music than ever).
I know what you mean though (although I am 41 so I have hopped over that particular stick). Maybe I've always been old, too. But I like to think I'll be one of those fun old ladies who's got a million projects and is sought out by younger people because she's interesting. Hey, my grandma was, it's not impossible
Maybe you'll be one, too
Nothing wrong with aqua aerobics to Cindy Lauper, mind you....

Oh I loved that group A-ha! I listened to them so much I wore out my cassette tape. I wasn't feeling too old until my 18 year old told me that his band (garage band) were going to play all the oldies and classics like Areosmith and Zeplyn.
Ahhhhhh!

I was listening to the radio this morning on the way to the way. The DJ announced the next song would be a retro tune: "Higher Love" by Steve Winwood which came out in 1986, the year before I graduated from high school! ACK!

Hmmm... "on the way to the way" Sounds very New Age-y, doesn't it? Anyway, I meant "on the way to the gym."

I loved your post and the A-Ha graphic. They were one of my favorites too, mainly because the video was so innovative.

Love that video! I can always see that video play out in my head when I hear that tune.
