Your Small Business Spokesman, Brian Cotter's Ten Minute Rule Bill is a very positive step towards recognising that we have to value our small shops. At the moment small business is really up against the wall, and we have to wake up and realise that we have a nation of supermarkets or preserve the diversity of commerce in this country.
