The one off payment is only going to pensioner households - it is only for one year and does nothing to address the long term unfairness within Council Tax system. Only the Lib Dem plans for scrapping council tax and the introduction of a citizen’s pension will truly benefit pensioners.

Of course he made better use of time from a totally biased point of view. Can't imagine him ever being at the despatch box on either side as he would run a mile if it was presented to him. Pity he didn't vote on the Terror Bill.
