That's very interesting Sandra. Surely, if they are found to be doing this then they are in breach of contract and you can report them to Trading Standards. If not, then you are questioning their reputation by making these remarks public and they may not like it. You could have gone anywhere to enter commments as you very well know. I mean, Jemma and Collette, I'm sure would have helped you as well as the nearest internet cafe.
By the way, do the writers of Gidleywatch have the same connection problem or have they just lost interest?
Merely describing the service we have received in the Gidley household as of late. I wasn't aware that there was any problem in telling the truth.
The answer to that is simple. Either use another computer or go to another internet service provider. That way, your problem can be resolved.

I just missed our little chats 
Another well known ISP/telephone operator has been in trouble in recent years for slowing down connections in the past. This then forces people to pay more for the 'upgraded service'. I suspect the problem will only get worse as more and more companies try and encourage people to move to 2Meg (and upwards) broadband.
Welcome back. There was nothing I enjoyed more as a student than spending an entire evening trying to get through to NTL customer services.
