You agree then that local people are fed up with the mess and destruction created. Trouble is, thanks to Human Rights laws, those committing such things complain that their rights are being infringed and local authorities are finding very difficult to sort out the situation when the likes of Mr Prescott get in their way in favour of the lawbreakers. Law abiding people are told to apply for planning permission, dispose of their rubbish properly and not to tresspass on somebody else's land. It is those people, thanks to Human Rights legislation who are suffering whilst the lawyers are getting rich over those who are committing the offences. No wonder Mr & Mrs Blair support human rights laws. |

Right, thanks to the Tories' legacy we have a problematic situation with travellers, so the answer is to repeal the whole Human Rights Act?! Sledgehammer-nut anyone? |
OK Wessex Chap, how can you blame the Tories for the current situation? Labour have been in power for EIGHT years.Even the Liberals could have done something in that time. |
How come the travellers are only a problem when they park up near tory ghettoes and property.Or are the torys just a bunch of racists? |
Do they just park up tory ghettoes Peter? Both Liberal and Labour voters get the same treatment too you know. Take John Prescott for instance. When Greenpeace invaded his house, he wanted them out straight away. Again, you don't have any solution to the problem in your little rants. Tell you what, I'll go and tell them to park near your pad as they are only just down the road from you! |
