Sandra, congratulations on getting into the Guardian Diary, albeit under a different name. Some people have to be trained to spot security risks, others are alert enough already.

What Andrew overlooks is that Portcullis House could be a great attraction for criminal attacks but the people who suffer would be ordinary passers by while you all sit in your bomb-proof building.
