This guy is a career criminal who was walking around under "house arrest" without an ankle monitor for years. He was on probation for almost 10 years for kidnapping and assault among other things, and his probation officer knew of his comings and goings. He was only supposed to go between work and home, yet he was going to the locals gym, to restaurants, and stalking women. He is a competitive bodybuilder (on drugs) and looks very innocent, but he is not. Beware!!! Florida has lots of these guys running around the Sarasota area without any monitoring, and the probation officers there do not seem to care at all!
