I agree. My PA is notoriously 2 hours behind whenever I go there. I know this. I make my appointments for Friday afternoons and take a book with me. At least I "know" I'm going to wait and go prepared. But there have been times I was so annoyed I walked out. They never said anything, rescheduled me and that was that. One lady in the office here calls ahead of time and finds out how far behind her doctor is and says, I'll be there at so and so time then ... works everytime for her.
