What's best for the child is what controls in cases of whether child support should be paid or not. In cases where the father is unknown, dead, indigent/imprisoned and the non-biological father has been the child's parent in every sense of the word except for genetics, who SHOULD provide for the child?
It seems that the left aren't the only ones with a penchant for stupidity.It seems Conservatives have theirs too.Hell,even in France last year they had a case like this and the goverment ruled that the biological father,and the mother ode him money for that and the girl was sent to live with him.Now how's that for justice?
