What good is a law, if the Judge will not uphold it? Maybe they need to move those judges out of their seats!

well, in Florida, our laws regarding this are shameful Jim Crow-era statutes with racist intent... embarrassing to still have them on the books... but if the person has not paid their debt to society, as it seems to be in this WA case, they should not get privileges back...
