Actaully, I think the whole thing is creepy. Checking out somebody's schedule like that is weird,
Further, there is an obvious explanation: pre-written posts. I've done it, James Joyner does it (I know, since I'm one of his co-bloggers I can see his pre-written posts). Then the post goes active in the future when you want it too. Why do this? Well if your readers are used to a set amount of content coming out regularly you might want to keep them happy. It only takes a few minutes to do this, and with WordPress can be set up so posts "go live" on their own--i.e. on a specific date and time.
Oh and I'm not the only one who thinks its creepy, check out TalkLeft.

Heh, no freaking way I could have posts daily (oh gee, 2-3?) unless I had co-writers. Shewwwt, the way things are going, TMH's Bacon Bits may end up being DL's Bacon Bits someday!
I have an uber-full-time job of ca. 10-11 hrs a day (interspersed with a wee of blogginess of course) plus two wee tots and a wife with a wacked out academic schedule. So I guess I'm just not managing my time well enough then.
So... HTF do you overachieving 5-12 post per day folk DO IT?!?
