According to Blogger, that error indicates a page (main or archive) is too large.
Blogger Help give the details that an archive page cannot be larger than 1MB. Your archive page for May 2006 is 1,043,702 bytes (.99 MB) ... and more posts may bring the archive page filesize to exceed the limit.
Your options? Well, unless you want to remove some posts, or allow late May posts to not show (and continue to cause an error message), I'm thinking you may need to change the frequency of the archives from monthly to weekly.
Perhaps someone else has a better idea that is less drastic.
