I agree completely with you. She shouldn't be suing Bacardi, if anything she should sue the bartender, bar, or customer that lit the menu. I hope she loses. I mean come on now, it says WARNING: FLAMMABLE on the label! Stupid people doing stupid things seems to be an everyday thing in America nowadays.
